Below is an analysis of the behavior of Brazil during the covid-19, supported in the article in the newspaper France 24 carried out in 2020. 
Emphasis will be placed on the information obtained about the confirmed cases ans deaths by the covid-19 , the government in the states during the crisis and the economy in times of pandemic.  

Numbers of deaths and confirmed cases

According to the newspaper France 24 the Brazilian health ministry confirmed that on Thursday 14 from 2020 Brazil surpassed the 20.000 deaths, after a record number of fatalities in a 24- hour period.
The country has become in the epicenter of the outbreak in Latin America being its highest number in a day 1,188 bringing the total numbers of deaths to 20,047.

Brazil in this moment recorded more than 310,000 cases of contagious, and the experts said that the lack of testing means that the real numbers are probably much higer. 

With the curve of infections and deaths rising sharply, the country ranks third in the world in terms of total cases, behind the united Satates and Russia.

The government in the states during the crisis

Sao Paulo states, is the most affected, with about a quarter of the country's deaths and infections. 
According to the Sao Paulo governor, Joao Doria, who has had clashes with the president over confinement restrictions, has said that the state has to face both viruses, the coronavirus and the Bolsonarovirus.

But the other governors and Bolsonaro send a conciliatory note on Thursdat while they were holding a conference, on how the country's response to the pandemic will be coordinated. The president called it "a great victory for the Brazilian people".

Doria, for his part, said that "Brazil needs to be united. If we are all at war, we will have ti face defeat. We must all seek peace, Mr. president, all together for Brazil.

The hospitals in Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and other states across northern and northeastern Brazil are near to collapse.

Authorities have competed to establish field hospitals with far more beds to overcome the crises, but are having trouble building them quickly enough.

The economic in times of pandemic   

The last Thrusday, May 14, the economy minister, Paulo Guedes, Brazil could face an economic collapse in about a month due to measures to stay home due to the outbreak, with food leaks and a huge social disorder.
